Cream of roast celeriac & apple soup finished with crispy leeks

 

Terrine of smoked mackerel with cabernet sauvignon tapenade relish

 

Bubble & squeak with crisped smoked bacon, poached free range egg and hollandaise sauce

 

Smoked salmon with horseradish cream, caper berries & shallots

 

 

Mains

Traditional roast turkey with pigs in blankets and homemade stuffing

 

Pressed pork belly with butternut squash puree and thyme scented volute

 

Grilled whole lemon sole with lemon grass and black pepper butter

 

Caramelized parsnip, cranberry & chestnut roast with dressed rocket
